It's a mixed bag

The argument of whether or not tangible text should or will disappear is complex because there are so many different forms of print. Some material should and always will remain in print because of it's nostalgia and because there will always be people who do not understand the technology needed to review text digitally. Other material is destined to become more electronic because it is cheaper and more easily obtainable in a digital format.
